4. Shipping

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and a £20 restocking fee per item. Refunds are issued only after we inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria. Order Cancellations
- Within 24 hours of placing the order: Free cancellation.
- After 24 hours: A £20 cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that once the package is dispatched (about 72 hours from the time of purchase), we can’t process cancellations as the delivery is already underway. Here you can get a refund by returning the product in its original condition back to us once you receive the product.
6. Warranty
Each Stanley x LoveShackFancy 40 oz Quencher comes with a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or accidents — for example, if the tumbler is dropped and becomes damaged. If you experience any issues related to quality or performance within the first year, we’re here to help make it right.
