14-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at hello@stanleyloveshackfancy.co.uk before sending your item back.
We will provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.
Returns sent without prior email approval cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Manufacturing defects: We cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of mind: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. A £20 restocking fee will also apply per item.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@stanleyloveshackfancy.co.uk.
- Within 24 hours of placing the order: Free cancellation.
- After 24 hours: A £20 cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that once the package is dispatched (about 72 hours from the time of purchase), we can’t process cancellations as the delivery is already underway. Here you can get a refund by returning the product in its original condition back to us once you receive the product.
